There are some special feature’s in this deck and one of them is the engineered stair landings that cantilever 4 feet without the need of a supporting post underneath. Another feature is the use of Trex rain escape which allows you to use Trex composite deck boards that allow water to flow through but not go in to the garage space below since the rain escape collects the water and keeps everything underneath the deck dry. It is a great product for many different cases!
