Once construction begins, everything has already been planned, priced, and coordinated. We build strictly to the approved drawings, specifications, and scope developed during the design phase, using a detailed checklist, pre-scheduled trades, and signed agreements to keep the project on track. Our team manages all trades, timelines, inspections, and quality control, providing clear communication and predictable progress from start to finish so your kitchen renovation is delivered on time, on budget, and without surprises.
Handover Phase

At project completion, we walk you through your finished kitchen in detail to ensure every item meets the approved plans and quality standards. You’ll receive a complete handover package including warranties, manuals, inspection sign offs, and final documentation, so you’re fully informed and protected long after construction is complete. Only once everything is reviewed and resolved do we consider the project finished delivering a clean, complete, and confidence backed handover.
